i am looking for some instructions on removing the body on a 89 jeep sahara

I dont really think you'll find instructions its more of finding a forum website that has this posted, but its not to hard there should only be 6-8 body mount bolts, and then there is the wiring harness and everything attached through the firewall and things like that.

the process is basicly the same as any jeep tub
Moses Lundel demonstrates this in either of his Jeep Rebuilders Guides
however they are both on CJs but as stated, it is just a guide and should help with the Sahara, if not just a simplistic guide.
