Now it is time to renew my CJ. It's CJ7 82. with 225 ,rear AMC20 ,front Dana 30 ,T-5 and Dana 300 .He came to me from Swiss and...it's little rusty :D

and some more pcs.
This will be hard work because I live in Serbia and it is difficult to find parts for the Jeep,but...I will not give up :)

Great looking CJ,.. that is not that "rusty" we have seen far worse. All Jeeps had a problem rusting before they should have. You can find any part for that jeep you need, you just need to find a USA seller that will ship to Europe.

Good luck with the renew, keep us posted with your progress !

Morris 4x4 center ships world wide.
Thats not a bad looking jeep. I have friends in Serbia its a small world.

3 degrees is maximum for a single u-joint, 1.5 degrees is optimum. Ive not done an SOA, but you can measure it yourself and answer your own question. When you get past 3 degrees, you will get a vibration and premature failure of the joint.

The common solution is a double carndon joint, some call it a "CV" joint, but its not the same as you would find in a front wheel drive car.

In rust we trust :notworthy:
