That's a lot of rust.. are you going to patch in all new steel? Order new panels? What's your plan?

Jes,its going all new...homemade panels.I live in Serbia and here is wery hard to order something from US or Europe :bang:
While work on body continuous my friend finishin his BorgWarner T-5 gearbox.

Very nice. We're spoiled here in the U.S.A. Most parts can be ordered through the mail or found used from other Jeeps. :chug:

Need advice... is it too tall?
with 35" tyres... :rolleyes:

Left side with new panel...

Bodywork is almost completed.

Nice job fabricating your repair panels.:notworthy:

Looks like the body panels fit together well from the start and your welds didn't seem to warp it. can't wait so see the finished product.

It was difficult and demanding but patient and persistent work to get results. I mention that I live in Serbia and it is very difficult to get parts for the Jeep so most of body panels are handmade.

WOW! Seeing the rust issues you have overcome makes me feel like my CJ is a cake walk! I have a little rust in the floor and rear finders, but nothing like what you have delt with! Well I say that today, but the tub is going to the blasters this weekend, so I will let you know.

Just started a build thread (1976 CJ Resto Project (The Journey))

Keep it coming :lpopcorn::lpopcorn::lpopcorn:
