replacing the brakes on a 1980 cj5

I have an upgraded dand 30 front axle and a ford 9" rear end. I want to know the best brakes that i should put in each. the rear has drums and the front discs

Are you wanting just pads and shoes or total brake upgrades? If you just want pads, for the front I use Hawk or EBC.Those pads from those two companies have worked good for me. I think those companies make shoes too, but I'm not positive. Check Summit Racing, 4 wheel drive hardware or Morris 4x4.

If your talking about a whole new system I'd check out Wilwood or SSBC
I'd also think about changing the rear to discs.
