Thanks for the link, I'll see if that can be made to work, last time we went down this path we were told that since the title is lost and an Oklahoma title with back registration owed on it we have to get her to pay up and get a replacement in Oklahoma and send it to us, she is however coming to fl for our wedding so I will see if we can't get them both down to the tag office here to take care of it with the form you linked.

Also I apologize for the miscommunication with my title help thread, I should have been more clear, I was curious if it was even feasible to purchase a matching title and vin plate set from someone here.

Fill out the form below from the Oklahoma DMV (except for the sig)
Sent it to your mother inlaw and have her go her bank to sign and have it notarized.
Or fill it out then have her sign/notarize at your bank in Fla when she comes down. If you have an account the bank doesn't charge a fee to have it notarized. At least not in my area.
