Rust on the frame

I have a 83 CJ7 that has significant rust on the frame. This is way beyond what a weekend hobbyist can do . . .

Does anybody know any shops in the Washington DC metro area that can handle something like this? Since its a safety issue I need a shop that really understand what they are doing . . .
