I think it looks great! :notworthy: I'm about to start cleaning my frame to prepare for restoration. Do you think I should sand first? Degrease first?

What did you degrease with? Simple green? Not sure what Scotch brite is. I'd like to sandblast the paint on my hood and fenders and body later, but first I want to clean up my frame.
 
My angle of approach was this. Simple green , brake cleaner and a wire cup brush and scotchbright pad on a drill. I stood with the hose and would hit a patch then hose it down. Scotch pads will rip the paint right off anything. Things that the drill couldn't get, I used scotchbright pads in hand. The pads can be bought anywhere, they are coarse green rectangular pads, come in five packsView attachment 11955

I broke it into sections. I did fenders, then firewall then rails then below. Word of warning. No matter how hard you try, it will never all go away. Ever.
