Scrambler 1/2 Hard Top Back Window

I am finishing the remodel of a 1984 Scrambler. The last piece of the puzzle is the half hard top. Yesterday I picked it up and was going to tape off the back window to paint it. However I realized the seal was coming out. Basically the back window just popped out. It almost seems like this is how its supposed to work. Problem is after painting it my father and I cant seem to get the window back in. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I unfortunately need to get it on the market as soon as possible. Wouldnt you know I bought my dream truck 1 day before I found out my wife is pregnant!
