1979 Jeep CJ5 with 304 V8, T18 Transmission, Dana 20 Transfer case with TeraLow 3:1 gears, 4.88 axle gears, Detroit Locker up front and Ox Locker in back with 1 piece axle shafts, 36" SuperSwamper SX Tires, Shackle reversal, MileMarker Hydraulic winch, MSD 6A ignition.
When I bought my '79 CJ5 I removed the rear seats and seat belts. I threw them out. They had factory mounting holes that you should also have. 4 holes for the small bench seat and 2 belts. 3 bolts held on the 2 belts since both belts used one bolt in the middle.
You might be able to find these at a salvage yard. I think it's the same seat as a CJ7 . The difference is a CJ5 has the seat back against the tailgate and the CJ7 has some space behind the seat.
