Seats

Seats
:)Hi Troy..............how did yours work out in your build? I looked at your pictures the other day and they look to take up a lot of room in that area?

Of course you do have the advantage of being able to move yours back without cutting up a wheel tub as I would have to in my short CJ5 .........

Two question: It looks like trying to get into the rear tub area with the top on using the passenger side access may be tough as there does not seem to be any room between the two seats to squeeze through. And the other question was how about access to the under seat tool box? How are you dealing with that?
Thanks

You summed it up pretty good. I do have a slider on the driver seat so there is adjustment there. The seat recline as well so you can lay them back or fold them forward.

Access to the back is Limited but then we don't have a back seat and our passenger gets in through the tailgate.

The passenger seat does still use the old fold forward mount which allows access to the storage area, it opens about half way only so that is a bit limiting but you can get stuff in and out of it.

Biggest issue for us was ride comfort so we went with the bigger more comfortable seats.
