'84 Jeep CJ 7 with 94 Wrangler in-line 6 engine.
Hi! I’m not very good with these things and YouTube isn’t helping. Want to replace my squeaky belt and can’t figure out where my belt tensioner is.

I did notice a 1/2” hole on the power steering pump so I’m guessing that’s the pulley? Which bolts should I be loosening?

Look for a pulley on a spring mounted arm. It probably will look like an idler pulley. A regular open box wrench that pulls the entire arm should give you enough slack to swap out the belt. If there isn’t a pulley on an arm for tension, start looking at bolt ons like the alternator that has a bolt through an elongated slot for adjustment.
