85 CJ7 from Arizona, 04 TJ Columbia Edition, 07 JK 4 door Rubicon.
I can not seem to find an inner shifter boot for my 5 speed Transmission which resembles the one just removed. The torn original one has a 3" diameter and was held in with a retaining ring. The websites I have visited don't have a part which looks the same and certainly not one with a retaining ring. Was the original part replaced with one which is stretched over the Transmission opening? Any advice from those more experienced would be very helpful.
