Yes and no. About 30 minutes of work. But it spent several hours in the smoker (pellet smoker set it and walk away)

I'll take that. I know when I smoke a brisket I really only spend a few minutes tending to it (foil wrap after four hours) and the rest is feeding the apple chips.
