2002 Jeep Sahara, dana 30 F. dana 35 R. stock tranny, 4.0 automatic, stock transfer case.
Ok so today I dropped my skid plate (knowing that one bolt just spins and won't come out) and did some welding on my exhaust to firm it up and when I went to put the plate back up the front bolt on the drivers side lost the helicoil it put in, so I ended up buying a uni-bit and drilling out the hole and recessed a nut and welded it, ground it and undercoated it, worked great.

If this is an issue for you, I hope this little tip helped.:chug:
