Smell of gas

I was driving around over the weekend and kept getting a strong smell of gas in the cabin. It seemed to happen more under acceleration. When I stopped and poped the hood, I did not smell anything or see any gas leaking. Any ideas?

I've got the same problem. But then when I pumped gas into the tank I heard a sound of a water fall. So I look under it and found that there's a leak on drivers side by the motor. Gotta tackle that this weekend.

I'm thinking it's one of your rubber lines leaking above your tank.

Another possibility would be somewhere in the fuel return or fuel vent system, providing you have any of those.
