Not 100% sure, but I want to say no. I believe the top door corners are different.

i have seen it before but im not sure the quality of the fit or what top they were using. i want to say it will work but not very well. dont quote me on that

It works with a YJ Bestop supertop and full doors or YJ half doors and soft uppers but only on the supertop series for YJ installed on CJ7 . Factory YJ soft tops installed on a CJ won't because of the sharp corner at the top of the soft upper window surround and the design of the square frame opening so you HAVE TO HAVE THE SUPERTOP SERIES FOR ROUNDED OPENINGS TO WORK PROPERLY. I have had CJ hard doors and the soft top but currently use YJ half doors with soft uppers and the fit is perfect. RangerRick

You can get a Bestop that works with the factory hard doors. And there is an other soft top part number that works with soft doors.

You are so right eayres. After wheeling for the first time in my CJ7 , I do not care about the mud and the leaks and the scratches for it is a Jeep...THATS WHAT THEY DO. They leak air, water, mud, sound and dust! I decided I wanted to have fun with it, not create another pavement princess!I have a 77 CJ7 and my Bestop Supertop and the original hard doors work fine together. Not an airtight fit, but it's a Jeep, right?!
