Probably cause the link I got it from was some kinda search engine for Cl. Anyway it was a sandblasted frame fiberglass body and fenders with a rebuilt 6 cyl 15000 mi on the rebuild $950 in Maryland. Emailed him and called him. Posted at 2 pm and sold by 3 pm. Wonder why?

- 79 CJ7... 258 motor... T-18 trans... Dana 20 case... Dana 30 w/ lockrite... AMC 20 w/ detroit and 1 piece axles.

My boss has an '82 here in SJ that he's been sittin on for awhile. He bought a TJ and now the 8 sits in his barn. Not cherry, but I don't think it has any rot. I'll see if he has any pics and is willing to let it go.
Wish I had the $$ to swap your axles into my 79 to replace my open carriers with the 3.56's. LOL

Id apreciate it. Cant go more than $4000 though even with selling all my stuff.

He said he'll take some pics this weekend and email them to me. We'll see what happens. 
We have a winner. Picking it up next Sat. $3700. I think I got a good deal. Never bought something without a test drive before though.
