Stuck parking brake cable

One of the cables aft of the equalizer will not move. What are the likely causes for the parking brake cable to stop moving? I have not torn into the brake drum to see if the problem is there or if the cable itself is siezed.

I would say it's probally the cable siezed up. Theres not much that could sieze in the drum.
You might be able to take the cable out of the jeep and spray some liquid wrench in it and get it working.

To lube the cable remove it. poke a hole in a plastic bag and put the end of the cable in the hole. Use a rubber band to seal the bag arround the cable. Put oil in the bag and let it soak down into the cable.
