Here's a couple of tricks that I used for installing my windshield...i broke the original one because it had a rock chip...i was changing frames as the old one was very rusty.
-I used weed-eater (grass trimmer) cord.
-I used clamps instead of a helper as they get bored and tend to walk away...
-I used a piece of plywood as a table just a bit bigger than the windshield frame so I could clamp it down as I went.
-I used harbour freight plastic trim tools that I bought for $3.99 and they worked well.
-Plenty of soap and water applied with a small paint brush.
-Windshield, seal, wiper pivots all bought from Morris 4x4...
