Does anyone know if this unit is truly "all included" and bolt on application?

I keep researching (many, many hours) and there are 100 people who didn't change their shaft length, and a 100 that did because the brake went too low.

I am OK with this dollar value if it indeed is bolt on and doesn't require the linkage to be be adjusted.
