Suspension lift for 35's

Suspension lift for 35's
No, I keep them at the softest setting. I have played around with the adjustment, but the soft one seems just fine as for all around use. I have also tried various other shocks, Bilstien is anther good one, oem shocks just don't do much for off road travel for me anyway.

That is the point I was just making............If your fine on full soft an OEM stock shock will probably do the job just fine............although there are some folks with hard tops that don't like the sway of the higher COG Jeeps and like to tighten them up some for pavement use. But that is an incorrect fix and why sway bars should be added.............For the most part an OEM stock valved shock will do a pretty good job on a lifted Jeep.

Torx, can you tell me about the Ranch 9000 as far as the adjustment goes.
It sez there is 9 settings. Is the compression and rebound adjusted seperatley or is it one adjustment that changes rebound and compression unilateraley(sp). On the shocks on my pickup QA1 there is a adjustment
for both compression and rebound same as on a quad wheeler.
Thanks, mike:):)

I wouldn't really call it adjusting for compression and rebound, It seems to adjust the shocks overall stiffness. Where I have it set at the softest setting, it seems to soften the bumps while traveling quite well. I have Bilstiens on Wifey's Grand, which are even more expensive, also do a great job smoothing out the bumps better than the oem shocks did.
They both are pretty large in size as shocks go.

Thank you for the info.:):) mike
