That guy had absolutely no business spotting for her judging by the line he chose for her. I saw it coming 10 feet before hand: He's going to put her downhill tire in a hole, and the uphill tire in an elevated position There's nothing you can do in that situation but hit the gas and hope you come out of it...but the rest of the trail looked just as bad.

Way to many things wrong in this video...from the multitude of people milling around below her on the trail, to an inexperienced spotter who gave vague hand signals, to a likewise inexperienced driver that really had no business going down that thing quite honestly (that's hearsay of course). That was a lot of difficult downhill-ness that even experienced crawlers will go into pucker factor to some degree.

And the sad thing is the number of people that were probably turned off forever to the fun of 4-wheeling...looked like a weekend picnic crowd to me. They will now picket to close offroading down to "save lives"

OUCH.....did you notice the driver did not turn into the roll? The driver also gave up as soon as it started going over and was laying in the passenger seat. That had to hurt!

Well I think it's pretty obvious that these people were inexperienced and way over their head, the driver was blindly putting faith into someone who must be having a hard time living with himself now since the women driver broke her back from what I know. There was also an easier route if they had gone with the left trail.

I absolutely hate spotting for someone who I dont completely trust behind the wheel. I dont think I could live with myself if I got someone killed because they brain-farted on a hand signal I gave and zigged when they were supposed to zag.

That is really sad.

The spotter looks terribly uncomfortable from the start.
I can only imagine how he feels today. Maybe worse than the lady driver.

Lesson learned.
