Found this site for metric tire calculation I know its already out there but what it has that i thought was cool is a chart listing all the tires for all the diameters and there conversions. So you can get an idea for what tire sizes either metric or standard are made for any diameter.

This is perfect I just used it on my over sized tires and works great.
