Im actually doing an 8.8 swap in a YJ but am keeping the 5on4.5 otherwise I would do the Rodeo 44
Did you pull it from an Explorer 5on4.5 or an F150/ETC as they are 5on5.5 from the factory?Still a good upgrade but just curious?
it came out of a 2000 explorer with 80,000 miles and what looks like new rotors and pads. I wanted the 60" width without having to cut it down.
IMO the 8.8 is a stronger diff than a 44 and I didn't want the six lugs.
Around here I can sell the ford posi for $50 or so, makes it that much better of a deal.
