Currently have mud kings. 35x12.5 4 inch pro comp lift. The tread is about 50 percent and would like to get cash for them if they are the wrong setup. There is a local club that does trail riding and crawling that I would like to get involved with. As standing there is clearance, but under load I have a feeling things will get real tight. I'd like to hear opinions on going to 33 and what type of tire I may want to look into.

I have 35s and a 4" lift, also a 1" body lift and extended bump stops, with a little trim on the fenders. You will have to crank out the front axle turn stops though. Works just fine and no tire rub.

Was the two inch clearance worth it? I have driveability concerns with bump steer and stuff. Have the tie rod flip kit, a new stabilizer would help. I am in limbo of the pros and cons of 35. Is it worth the clearance?

Sometimes an inch can keep you from getting stuck on a rock.:D
I ran 33's before and there really isn't much differance in where I can go.

I wish I could get two more inches of lift. Garage door won't permit. 4 inches that's it.

The difference in ground clearance between a 35 & a 33 is only 1". Often you can go with a narrower tire to avoid some problems. Something like a 34x10.5. You can also lengthen your bump stops if the tires contact.

No, cool! I'd love to meet some fellow jeep guys!
