Lets start: You have a AMC 304 good ,T-14 bad (replace with T-18 or T19)
Dana 44 rear Good, Dana 30 front with drums bad. I would find a later model with disc's Even wide trac and then run wheel spacers in the back.

nothing is wrong with a T 14, they are a good 3 speed. will hold up to a lot abuse. and are extremely user friendly if a rebuild is needed
