tranny noise?

oh when driving my jeep there is this ticking noise from around the tranny area. its like a high pitch tick like someone tapping something with a screwdriver. ok heres what throws me off. its not consistent at all. it sounds like morris code or something and sometimes you dont hear it????

no just rinding in the neighboor hood it will do it. i cant narrow this down lol
