- 1965 CJ-5 Buick V6 Ford T-18 4-Speed Spicer 20/18,Warn Overdrive Dana 30 & 44 w/Powr-Lok posi / both,4.27 gears 33" tires.
SlingShould be a Dana 20 ............unless someone changed it ......
output shaft should be centered unlike the earlier versions of the D-18 & 20's that were offset to the passenger side..............go to Novak Adapters online........there are pictures there.

Tarry the engine and tranny were changed out with 350/350 before i bought the jeep[. Dooes that mean the Transfer Case would have to be replaced during the engine conversion?

More than likely the Transfer Case was changed. But maybe not as you can get adapters to match most anything. Either post up some good pics of the one in the jeep so that maybe someone can ID it or poke around on the net on places like Novak to try to match it up.
