True lies to abide by

Wait, wait, to abide by? Yes. Even if it leads to failure and disappointment. Here are some of them:

Shock absorbers do not absorb shock.

Radiators do not radiate.

Coolant does not cool.

Can you think of any other true lies? I am sure there’s got to be more...

Coolant does cool. By absorbing heat. And radiators do radiate heat.

Yea, I was like ??? too, when I randomly landed on some videos recently on YouTube. If I could only find the videos again. It’s that famous guy from Australia, and the other guy is the same one involved in a recent thread here describing the different types of lockers. It’s worth paying close attention to these videos, these guys know their stuff.
