turn signal woes

Finally got all my turn signals to work today and they behave weirdly. When the headlights and running lights are off all work.

When the headlights are on both rear will work. But when you depress the brake only the passenger rear will work.

When the running lights are on they behave the same as above.

When the lights are off and the brake is depressed all of the turn signals work on the passenger side.

I would suggest starting at the switch to trace down a short circut. I do remember there being a lot of dirt that got in there also. This is a good time to get one of those wiring schematics that can be hard to find.
