Thanks sry I'm on my phone at work or else I would have looked it up. What's you opinion on them CJ? Not sure I really need one but I might go ahead and swap the linkage out????

I can say that shifting in and out of low/high is so much easier with a twin stick. I have a different Transfer Case than you (300) but twin sticks allow me to independently run an differential in high or low depending on the situation or conditions.
