actually that would not be that hard of a project
you just need to research a bit about your penal, the one you want and also changing some systems over to C/B and relays

I didn't replace the panel in y CJ but this one from a 97 XJ would supply all the circuits you need and a fair number of relays as well. cruising the pick your part could give you the system you are looking for.
