I'm pretty sure that one goes into the oem air cleaner housing. The should be an online fsm or a repair manual with a vacumn and vent line diagram around somewhere to check the rest of the system.

The perspective in the photo throws things all out of proportion, but it looks like it attaches to an anti- backfire valve, and feeds into the exhaust manifold air injection piping. Would that be a air / smog pump line?
