Got a new volt meter today and installed it. When I turned the key the heater motor fuse blew, just to be sure that is what caused the fuse to blow I replaced the fuse and tried again with the same out come... Is that right? Is that gauge suposed to be tied in with the heater motor? I am under the impression that all the gauges tie in to the acc. fuse or the IGN LPS fuse.
Just to give a little history I've pulled the ECM, associated harness, and all the emissions in the engine bay. Now im working on getting all the gauges to work and clean up under the dash. I just got new temp, fuel, and volt gauges and fuel sending unit. (Omix)
