Whats the break on a Dana 44 carrier? I have a front Waggy 44 thats planned for my CJ build. Its currently got 3:07 gears in it. I want to use 4:10 gears eventually.
Can I use that carrier or do I have to find a different one? Can a guy use the carrier out of a rear axle in the front?

Carriers are usually pretty cheap. But yeah, 3.54 (3.55) and down use one carrier and 3.73 and up use another. Yes, a rear carrier will work in the front. No difference.
