I just had my first experience with WP and was wondering about what other people thought of them?

I will have to say that the experience was not the best as the part did not fit and had to be modified luckily I have they ability to do this but it did not make me feel warm and fuzzy to spend 50.00 on a part that does not fit and needs to be changed.

I called them and they looked into it and had heard about the problem before I sugested they fix it or put a note in the description that it may not fit all models without modifications.

Anyone care to chime in?

I think the fact that they knew of the problem and haven't fixed it says it all.

What kind of part are we talking about? I plan on buying their shackles, as they look like a solid, quality product. One that I've touched and examined in person.
