Washington DC Area CJ Mechanic WANTED

I just purchased a 1986 CJ7, that was restored in 2006, at an online auction and I am looking for a talented mechanic to tackle the upgrades below. The CJ7 has a Chevy 350, runs great and is in my garage in Alexandria, VA .

1. Replace the clutch & shifter (Muncie SM420 and the Bellhousing is a GM756 aluminum 168 tooth bellhousing)
2. Replace steering column, steering wheel / ignition switch / turn signal switch
3. Replace the wiring harness
