Build Thread Well here it goes boys
Started to put the fly wheel back on and got the skid plate blasted and primed. Also blasted the Dana 300 . Have to clean out the inside better. It is amazing how much of the blast residue gets in even being taped off. I want to check the pilot bearing on the tranny shaft then install. took it to work to rebuild. I was going to let one of the mecs do it but I might give it a whril.
 
The wife had surgery but is doing fine:). Slowed the build down. Got the skid plate painted. Fnished the Transfer Case waiting for pionion nuts and a o ring for the speedo. Working on the tranny. Had trouble with the clutch because the resurface caused the bolt shoulders to bottom out and leave a gap between the clutch and fly wheel:bang:
