The 2150 is a good carb. It was normally found in 1.08 and 1.21 flavors. Your .30 over AMC 304 is still less then 360 cu in so the 1.21 should do you right. Unless your running an aftermarket intake and carb then you may need up upgrade. Most stock v-8s in the AMC 304 range run good with carbs less then 600 CFM.
