I know what this part is but I'll give someone else a chance to answer it.

Early windshield corner bracket.
Spent time trying to find a pair, no luck.
So my machinist gave me a big piece of angle iron (12" long) and sliced me 2
pieces with a very big industrial band saw. I drilled holes and ground to fit, wishing I had him machine it, but you get what you pay for.

Yes, the reinforcement upper corner of the inner windshield frame L-bracket.
 
Yes,
Sometime, maybe after the 2A I will have my machinist make the rest of the angle iron into brackets. There should be about 12+ pairs?
