I think I have seen one before. It is Japanese, as I recall, and they were imported as security and maintenance vehicles for business and hospital campuses. I don't think it is all wheel drive. I am not sure they were even intended to be registered as a road vehicle.

Looks like a "Mighty Mite".
It is an M422 Mighty Mite. Air cooled V4, NP4300 4 speed tranny, single speed transfer case, D27 with 5.38s and Dana Powerlocks front and rear with inboard brakes and fully independent suspension all around.
thats not a mighty mite, there's one of them sitting fully restored not 5 miles from my house, it don't look anything like it. that is some sort of asian import thing.
