wheel backspacing

I just bought my first cj its not much to look at but for a grand it will do for the dove hunting i do on the farm. It has 15 x10 in wheels on it now and I was wondering what the stock backspacing was on the original cj. The wheels that are on in stick out about 4-5 inches and I want something that will tuck under the fenders alittle more but dont want them to rub. I believe I have a 2 or 3 inche lift and I am running 33-12.50. All feed back is appreciated

Stock 15x8 wagon wheels have a 4" backspace, 33 x 12.5 rub the springs with that wheel and narrow track axles. you can adjust the stops to prevent that but loose turn radius. Are you planning on fender flares?
Not gona fit those in the stock wheel well otherwise.
