Where is this coolant coming from?

Where is this coolant coming from?
That's the plug I said looked suspect in my post a couple days ago. There is 2 smaller plugs near the top and 2 larger plugs near the bottom. Most any machine shop will have those plugs. Clean it good and put some sealant on the new plug before installing.
 
I wonder then if the rusty manifold is acting then as a "wick" and spreading the moisture...

A fluid leak can move in multiple direction because of obstacles, angles, and airflow.
 
Freeze plugs rot from the rear side and can have a pinhole that is impossible to see...the water will 'wick' or radiate as it hits the rusty surfaces of the block/manifold...CHANGE the freeze plug.
