1976 CJ5 , and I received mounts I cannot use. None fit in the stock mounting holes, the mounts are too wide and I need to smaller bushings for the two A mounts.
This is the kit I bought
Omix-Ada 12201.02 Body Mounting Kit
I'd contact whoever sold it for sure...maybe they sent you the wrong item? or wrong item was in the box (i've had this happen before).
Other option is a daystar mount kit although they are poly. They usually come with everything you'd need.
Good luck...hopefully someone can get you a part #. Another option is to call a local shop that you trust and ask if they can source the parts for you. I almost went this route when doing my bushings and I had a few shops that would do it for me, so it might be a feasible option for you.

I think one of the issues with the kit I bought by Omix-ADA (12201.02) is they try to accommodate too many models/years with that kit and missed the mark on the CJ5 .
I was able to track down the correct kit for my Jeep. Energy Suspension 2.4103G. Cost me $51 bucks, shipped. It has the two smaller mounts for the front and even has a grille mount. I hope this helps someone.
