So its fall again. Reluctantly I put the doors on. One problem I have with them is that I like to rest my arm on top of the door as I'm driving down the road. The Velcro strip that seals the windows tends to scratches my arm. The wife came up with this Idea.:p

Cover the top with 1/2" pipe insulation and then I covered it with the "handyman's secret weapon" digital forest camo Duck tape.

Honestly, is there anything that can't be accomplished with duct tape?:)

Looks like that's this weekends project.
:notworthy:

Did ya' know they make duct tape now with just about any collegiate logos on it? I saw it advertised on one of my football forums the other day.

Pipe insulation has several great uses for Jeeps. I use it along the bottom edge of my hard top when I store it in the Summer. Keeps the fiberglass from chipping. It also works well well you put the top back on to keep it from scratching up the paint.

It also works well on the bottom of your hard doors when storing them to protect the paint when you set them on the ground.
