Winch rebuild

The brake was real stiff on the used warn winch I got the other day, so I thought I would see what was up.
The brake had rusted up along with the shaft, so I have been cleaning it up and going to repaint the drum.
The ups man is bringing me a new seal kit from warn, should be here by the end of the week.

There wasn't any mud inside so if the PO did dunk it, it was clean water.
Also the grease looks good so I'm thinking rain or condensation

I guess the title really should be "cleanup & new winch seals"
