Windshield Washer Operation

I like to think I am smarter than the average bear but I cant figure out the windshield washer.

What part? It has one wire to it when you push the switch it sends power to the motor and the motor comes on and pushes the fluid to the sprayer on the top of you tub.

Thanks, I think when I put the new knob on I put it on to far. Will go check that now.
