Wiper miter wire connection

my 74 CJ5 project is on hold. I have recently purchased a 95 yj and wipers don’t work, fuse/ breaker is good. I have narrowed it down to wiper motor. Where is wiper motor wire connection located under dash? Do I need to remove dash to access or can I access it with windshield down?
