Wiper Motor Wires and Plug???

I posted this question in my other wiring thread but didn't get an answer yet.

How does the plug and wiring for the CJ wiper motor pass through the body to behind the dash???

I have a new fiberglass tub and no old tub to use for reference. There is no hole in the factory steel dash to run the plug through. Do I need to drill a hole in the tub under the windshield seal to pass the wires through?

Yes, mine has an oblong hole on the cowl below where the motor is--right on top of the cowl. It's hidden by the windshield frame and rubber at bottom of w/s frame. About inch long, 1/2 inch wide. Check size of plug that goes thru. I'll send pics if needed.

-X2 the above post, and when you put the wires through the hole you will have to make, the wire will run above the column and down the right side to where the switch will be....
