Wont shift into 4 wheel

Well I figured out I was stuck in 4 high all the time, did not have 2 high and 4 low. So we dropped the Transfer Case and opened it up and found several gears were basically welded together. So now I am needing a good Dana 300 Transfer Case but I think I found one and we are going to get it switched out.

^this is a result of no oil in Transfer Case and towing with the hubs locked. It just got real hot. At least that is the best I can figure.

Got the tcase switched and lubed it all up and she works like a champ
